What are my Shipping Options?

Hair Electric and our partners fulfill shipments through UPS. Shipping and handling chargers are calculated on the items weight and distance of travel. To ensure expected delivery place your order before 1 PM. Accommodations can be made to your shipping order if needed, contact one of our sales representatives who will assist you in doing this. Once the order is processed please allow two to six days for the shipment to arrive.
Hair electric ships fast and reliable using our trusted partner UPS. If for any reason your order does not arrive or is lost in transit contact a sales team member via phone or email so we can locate your package.
Limitations on shipping
- Packages can be to up to 150 lbs.
- Packages can be up to 165 inches and girth combined.
- Packages can be up to 108 inches in length.
- Packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations.
- If your shipment is larger than any of the limitations, we will ship using a UPS Freight rate. No matter the size we can ship it fast and on time.
We want to make the shipping process an easy process for our customers. We work with our team to make sure your shipment is out the door ready for pick up the day your order is placed. Returns on unopened item will be accepted 30 day after the item is purchase with a copy of your invoice. If for some reason your item is malfunctioned or damaged please specify this with your return. Returns on malfunctioned or damaged goods will be accepted 30 days after the item has been purchased with a copy of your invoice and detail explaining why you are returning the item.
Authorized returns must be packaged and insured with the shipping cost to be paid by you. No credit will be given for broken merchandise that is returned to you.
